THE SECRET TO DESTROY LAZYNESS
Tell if this has ever happened to you... You are watching your cute cat video compilations(on youtube) when you see this:
After watching more videos (probably for one more hour) you are motivated to do shit, so you say this: " im going to get fit and lose weight, no excuses now".
When you go sleep at night you are so excited because "you think" that your whole life its going to change... NOW YOU ARE DREAMING... and yes you are doing alot of exercise, you have your six pack, you have the hot girls around you, YOU MADE IT...
And then, you WAKE THE FUCK UP, reality hits you in the face. You see yourself in the mirror and you are disgusted because you didnt do shit and you say that everything its fine and you can still do it tomorrow. LISTEN TO ME, its not fine... WHY? Because you are not going to see any result.
Lets say you go to exercise tomorrow, sure you are going to feel that you have superpowers
(2, 3 days or maybe a week) but after a while because you rely on motivation...guess what... you are back again in the lazy state.
Well what are you going to do in these situations my friend ... well you are going to STOP and learn a secret that is going to help you achieve literally anything.
But first lets look at some human psicology. Humans are habitual creatures , examples? well take a look at yourself and really think about it. Everything you do is a habit. It could be a good habit or a bad habit and that is the scary part part: your mind gets satisficed wether is good habit or not.
As you can tell its alot more easier to fall in bad habits. So here is what you are going to do. Grab a piece of paper and a pen. Then make 30 little squares and thats it. YESSS! you are going to do something for 30 days i called it: "the 30 day challenge", WHY 30 DAYS? because your brain will get used to it, your brain just need 30 days to incorporate that in your daily life.
Now the first 2 weeks are going to suck there is no way around it (i called it the pain period) but after that you will be on step ahead to become awesome, i hope you like this post if you wanna read more letme know( you know how) i made a video on this so make sure to check it out.
