When things are going well, it is natural to feel mentally strong. However, our true mental strength is revealed when we are faced with challenging circumstances. We all have to deal with adversity at some point in our lives, whether it be the loss of a loved one, struggles with one's health, issues in one's relationships, or problems with one's finances.

Affirmations of a positive nature can be of great assistance to anyone. The way in which we interpret the challenges we face in life has a direct bearing on our capacity to prevail over those challenges.

The capacity to deal effectively with adversity and to quickly recover after experiencing something challenging is what we mean when we talk about resilience. It's the capacity to adjust to new circumstances and carry on regardless of whether or not things go as expected. One of the most valuable qualities in a person is resilience, which is something that can be cultivated and improved over time.

Building resiliency can also be accomplished with the help of practises such as meditation, mindful breathing, and visualisation. The use of these techniques enables you to concentrate on the here and now, to feel less stressed and anxious, and to have a greater sense of calm and safety.

Character traits do not come with a set price tag, including resilience. It is a process that is always being improved upon and can become more robust with continued use over time. We can improve our capacity to deal with adversity and recover from challenging experiences by cultivating resilience traits such as self-care, maintaining an optimistic outlook, and employing coping mechanisms such as positive affirmations.
