Decluttering your mind is so important to keep motivated and driven throughout the rest of the week.
However you decide to start your monday morning will create how your week will follow.
When your alarm goes off in the morning, are you one of those people who scrolls through social media for the first 15 minutes..? Instead of focusing on yourself, you’re already focused on what other people are doing and this distracts you from concentrating on your own life, your goals, your motivation and your positive mind set.
Start your day on a positive, jump out of bed....or crawl out of bed if you’re not a morning person like me! Don’t look at your phone for the first hour of your morning, you will notice how this changes your motivation!
Make a list of things that need doing and tackle that list! As you work through what needs to be done, you will feel a weight lifted from your shoulders and you’re feel lighter throughout the week, not bogged down with dread and wishing the week away before it’s begun.
Exercising really is the best way to start your week, if you exercise on a Monday, be it in the morning before work or the evening before bed, it will release those positive endorphins and you will find more energy and strength for the rest of the week. You will subconsciously make better decisions and feel better in yourself.
Be addicted to bettering yourself! Don’t wait for the opportunity, create it!
