Bring yourself to the process.
The world's best performers at least devote 2.5 hours of his time for 10 years to practice before becoming a big star. A company takes at least 20 years to become great. No big things are built overnight. Enjoy the process.
Work harder than anyone else.
To double your success, devote three times more on personal development and professional learning. Because the person who knows the most will be the best.
Forgive the people who need to be forgiven.
Revenge will only spend your energy on things that are not important. You are thinking the same things that you do not really need to think about, and that will affect your overall performance. Make peace. It will be better for yourself.
Be a generous person.
Give your customers 100 times more service than they expect. Give 100 more love than they ask. And do not expect rewards.
Take your time to be alone.
When you are trying to build yourself into success, you will surely find quarrels and differences of opinion. That is when you need time for yourself. You can go somewhere and be alone. By being alone, you can review what you do, strengthen your determination, and recharge your spirit fuel to pursue your dreams.
