Hello steemanians hope you ar3 doing well. After i finished the pack of article about beautiful places in morocco to visit to day i am going to start a new one , and it is going to be about moroccan food and delicious dishes to taie you closer to the moroccan culture , now i will leave with the first article.

The moroccan couscous certainly the whole world knows that it is the most famous dishe in north africa and morocco , Couscous is originally a Berber dish and for this reason couscous is a staple dish in many North African countries. In Morocco, we have different types and versions of couscous but if you mention “couscous” in Morocco, people will usually assume that you are referring to the most basic version of the famous dish: the 7 vegetables couscous.

In Moroccan homes, making couscous is an expression of love, generosity, and hospitality. The process feels both celebratory and communal; it’s a good dish around which to build a cooking party. I tend to approach a couscous-making day sort of as I do Thanksgiving. Yes, the preparations and cooking will occupy a chunk of my time, but the work isn’t especially intricate, and I know that anyone who happens to be around the house will want to be part of the action. The most group-oriented step, and the one that’s the most fun (kids will love it), occurs when the pellets are steamed over simmering water or broth and then separated and fluffed by hand—not once, not twice, but three times.

إن الكسكس المغربي بالتأكيد يعرف العالم كله أنه الأكثر شهرة في شمال أفريقيا والمغرب. إن الكسكس هو في الأصل طبق بربري ولهذا السبب فإن الكسكس هو طبق أساسي في العديد من دول شمال إفريقيا. في المغرب ، لدينا أنواع ونسخ مختلفة من الكسكس ولكن إذا ذكرت "الكسكس" في المغرب ، سيفترض الناس عادة أنك تشير إلى النسخة الأساسية من الطبق الشهير:الكسك ذو الخضروات السبعة
