Well said... i've been able to quit the rat race (for a while at least) because i saved close to 80-90% of my wages for 4 years. Have a friend who was earning the same as me but he is still living hand to mouth because his expenses are way too high. Clubbing a few times a week will put a big hole in the pocket.
