Finally back from holidays and time to reboot my exercise regime.
It was hard trying to keep fit when i was travelling so i had to take a few steps back and took light weights with more reps just get used to the routine.
Tournament is coming up next week and i am bit rushed to get my body in decent shape for it. Just gotta be careful not to overdo it 😅
