My suggestion is lower upvote value a little bit, currently MB is the best promotion service in Steemit So everyone want to use MB. And also reconsider about comment promotion becuase people are using comment promotion more than post promotion. Comment promotion is using the auto promote feature, if we can use this in post promotion there will less request to server.
