How to use flax seed?
1- Add 1-3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to a morning smoothie
2- Mix a tablespoon of the seeds with some natural yogurt and raw honey
3-Bake ground flaxseeds into muffins, cookies, and breads for added fibre.
4-Add the seeds to homemade granola or muesli
5-The seeds can be mixed with water and used as an egg substitute if you follow a vegan diet.
