Cool. I no longer rely on books or teachings (they are all inevitably too systematic) although I do read them for general knowledge.
But I like reading experiences, thoughts, and life examples of real living people. Life is very complex, and the mind isn’t fully understood even by those who study it... no wonder so many of us feel confused and trapped. Sharing is always great )
