Heartfulness Meditation: A Simple Practice for Anyone

Heartfulness is a simple meditation technique requiring as little as 20 minutes of your time daily. The technique is designed to take you deeper within to relax the body, let go of stress, clean and calm the mind, and connect with the internal self. This heart-centered practice encourages putting a focus on the heart throughout the duration of the meditation. It is broken into two parts, one of three premeditation techniques and the meditation itself.

I have been meditating on and off over the past five years, and this is one of the most simple and beneficial techniques I often integrate into my daily practice. Heartfulness meditation is perfect for a busy lifestyle and easy to make time for. I have found myself connecting deeply internally and overcoming mental barriers.
