Great talk about TM meditation and it's benefits. I am thinking about taking up TM meditation again as I wasn't so successful with it the first time round.
Because my mind just couldnt get relaxed enough. I think I did it for about 3 months twice a day but I never got into a good place with it. I think a physical pain I had was distracting me too much as well. Have you ever tried TM?
