Dutchess going to the market 🚲

When its not raining i prefer to visit the market place by bike. Its a bit heavy to get it all home, but to me this is the way i used to do it ever since i left the home of my parents and it stil feels like the proper way 😊

And here are the spoils!

I like to wash my veggies with a bit of vinegar and backingsoda. Not sure if it helps, but its always better then not to wash them, i figured.
Its not always possible to buy organic food - for one thing, its often too expensive.
I do have some demands though - banana's for instance should always be organic, there is just too much pesticide on the peels and even in the bananas.
If you use orange or lemonzest,its wise to use organic fruit too.
