Reward liquefaction service paused for upgrade

Hi, We've seen a very large increase in demand for our service in the last months but as many of you have noticed we're been having many downtime since the fork happened.

We lately found out the cause of the problem was some invalid blocks mined from witness that are not in consensus. (Hive)

We decided it was worth it to take the time to overhaul Likwid code to be able to deal with these issues and be able to guarantee instant payments without any interruption like before.

We should be done and back running by next week where all pending payments will also be processed.

Ps: Only liquefaction service is suspended, account creation, curation and vote selling services are unaffected.
