BEING 40 BUT LOOKING A 20 YEARS OLD BODY. DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW I MADE IT?
Hello, my fellow members of STEEMIT community. I am writing down another post, to show you a little more about myself. Let me illustrate Who I am firstly.
My name is Jesus EnriqueRosal, I was born on September 26th 1975, it means that I turned 42 years old, I am a single, hard-working and witty father of a 7 years old little girl whose name is Stephany Alejandra Rosal Castellano, as she proudly calls herself with her full name, I am also a lovely english teacher, my students usually call me "El Profesor corazón or Mister Musculos" it was as a consequence when I suddenly was erasing the board, I raised my arm so high so my shirt was shredded. Well continuing with the theme, I’m lucky enough to still regularly be mistaken for a much younger man.
I wish I had the answer to eternal youth, I would bottle it and sell it!. Although, I do have some tips for looking good at 40:
- Have time to yourself: I think it’s really important to have “me” time. This can be anything from going out with my friends for a drink, doing outdoor activities such as swimming at the beach or pool, camping, hiking whatever you like but just do it.
- Try to eat healthily: I don’t diet but I make sure I eat healthily. I am not used to eating meat regularly, although I do eat fish instead. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and think I have instilled how important it is to follow a nutritional regimen to relatives, my close friends, my daughter and my students.
- Train for something: It needn’t be an Ironman, but having a target that isn’t tied to your career or finances is an excellent way to stay vital. You might even discover that you have more stamina and endurance than you did in your 20s and 30s. It is not an excuse that you need to go to the Gym to get fit, you can also do outdoors workouts, getting outside in the fresh air is much better than hanging out in a sweaty, indoor gym. I love both though, I go to the Gym three or four times a week, and I sometimes go to the beach and go jogging through the sea shore for 30 minutes on weekends. It is great for boosting my mood and making me more energetic.
- Drink enough Water: To carry bottled water everywhere has become part of my routine, even when I first wake up I go to the kitchen and drink up a glass of water at room temperature. It is very importat to drink at least 6 liters a day.
- Smile more: I laugh a lot and that helps me stay young. I love being the clown in a party and I also like being surrounded by people who make me laugh. Walk away from Drama.
- Let your mate pamper you: To be spoiled by someone you love most, It is something great that can help you feel great more energetic and desirable. Now I am going to show some pictures doing some workouts.
Throughout time, I have also learned that we have to take into account not only how you look like physically but also your inner part, your Soul, if you love yourself deeply without being prepotent and coceited. Therefore, by means of this attitute you will be well seen by the people around you and most important yourself. The following quote means what I said before:
