6️⃣ Exercises to relieve back pain

Hello everyone!!! How are you? This Sunday I bring 6 stretches to relieve back pain, you just have to pay close attention and apply them !!!

N°1: KNEE TO THE CHEST

This exercise will help strengthen and relax your glutes. 20seconds x 2 times with each leg.

N°2: HIP

30 seconds (with each leg) x 2 repetitions

N°3: CUADRICEPS

30 seconds (with each leg) x 2 repetitions (Keep in mind that both knees must be on the same line to do it correctly)

N°4: ESPINALS

30 seconds and I repeated the action with the other knee.

N°5: PIRIFORME

30 seconds and I repeated the action with the other leg.

N°6: TOTAL STRETCHING

hold the position for 30 seconds.

I hope you can apply them, always keep in mind what you are demanding of your body, do not force your body others.
