Yes, increasing proteins is very important - however it's not the magic pill.

Myth # 4 - The Course to Losing Fat is Not Eating Fat

Finally, a lot of people who decide to begin building muscles choose that they have to cut all fats out of their diet plan. Unfortunately, this is really hazardous rather than helpful.

Your body requires fats in order to operate properly. Yes, you should absolutely eliminate trans fats and oily foods, but it is necessary to keep consuming healthy fats so your body has the resources it has to work properly.

You can actually lose more fat by eating enough of the ideal sort of fat than if you tried to eliminate all fats from your diet.

That's great info mate. Especially I liked your Myth 4. When I started my journey, I avoided fats, because of lack of knowledge. But then I adopted fats in my diet and it helped me a lot. The same goes for carbs too.Keep up the good work :)

I think the core tightness thing is more for big compound lifts like Squats/Deadlifts/Overhead Press. In those it is an actual "queue" to help keep overall tightness and power. Great article nevertheless

Interesting the post! Find after many years the way to balance weight and health. My contribution: eat every two hours, separate proteins from carbohydrates, walk and not eat anything after 8 pm. I hope it will serve my contribution. Greetings from the Andes.
