Feeling Depressed, Don't Know What To Do ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ !!

Hello All Dear Steemit Friends,


So guys from last few days iam suffering from a serious Depression and the weird thing is, iam not able to detect the reason of my Depression and that makes my situation more bad,

It feels like everything is negative and i failed to find Positive things from last few days and this depression is also affecting my personal life as well as my Steemit life because now iam posting pess Blogs and also doing a lot of delay while replying to your comments and questions on my blogs,

I Never faced a situation like this before, where we don't know what is the cause of our problems because it's not possible to cure our problems without knowing them correctly,

I also tried meditation and other stuffs but nothing worked for me and i hope this depression is a temporary one because i don't like my current situation.

If you guys know some good ways to fight against depression then please let me know in the comments below.

Depressions can be a very serious problem and there is not always a reason behind it. It could be lack of sleep, anxiety, stress or other things that trigger it. When you are depressed your body does not work properly and it could lead to other problems. I know of some people who developed diabetes while being depressed.
I can give you an advise that helped me and it is a kind of way to trick yourself out of depression. It seems very silly and dumb but it actually worked for me.
About 5 times a day, try to find a place to isolate yourself. Then force a smile on your face. Keep it at least 30 seconds. Try not to think about what you are doing and concentrate to keep the smile on. This triggers the production of some hormones in your body that help fight depression.
I know it sounds silly but you really have to force yourself to smile and keep this smile on for as long as possible. There will not be a change immediately but if you manage to this regularly for an extended time, you will feel a difference.

Read more positive things, listen to good music, watch a good comedy movie, find good people to talk with, eat better, sleep more. It's life and we can't control our mood, the most important is to be always in touch with people, surround yourself with good people, don't talk to negative people, don't listen to sad music, don't watch horror movies, keep creating, learn something new. You always can find a way to get rid of depression, read a bit about psychology, watch motivational videos on youtube. Try to comment more people and share your feedback everywhere, help people. Visit friends or relatives. Just be strong and fight that, you will feel better, I am sure. โ˜บ

That is very sad to hear but it is normal to be overwhelmed sometimes especially when you are keeping busy and doing a lot at once. My suggestion is take a break, get maximum rest and do what you enjoy. Hoping you get your mojo soon :)

In my 2 cents opinion you should go to the bed early and wake up early. Do some morning walk in a park. Natural places and park are good healers. Exercise release endorphins from the body which is also known as happy harmone it control your mood. you may try it. Hopefully you will find it useful. keep sharing @thecrytotrader All the best

First and foremost, i think you should resist the temptation of self diagnosis. Unless, a doctor tells you, you are depressed you're not. And second, what you should do is see a psychiatrist. Then do as he says. You'll be lucky to find help here.

Going by your name, may be read a book on TA to get better at trading and dont fall in love with your positions.

What do u think is the craziest things you can ever do? Something that no body would expect ! now that doesn't bloody mean harming/hurting anyone or yourself! - just go out there and be yourself...least or best spend time with your ownself ! then let me know :)

Try to be always busy, do gym , morning walk and meditation play very important role to fight with depression..
