In my 2 cents opinion you should go to the bed early and wake up early. Do some morning walk in a park. Natural places and park are good healers. Exercise release endorphins from the body which is also known as happy harmone it control your mood. you may try it. Hopefully you will find it useful. keep sharing @thecrytotrader All the best
