Start a Good Day with Easy Yoga
A day is just not a day, we have a lot of things to do in a day. To kick start the morning, a little yoga can help a lot. A lot of us feel a little off after waking up. If we don't get enough sleep or proper sleep, stay stressed, we can't start a good morning usually. In my case, sometimes I wake up with an angry mood. This mainly happens when I see bad dreams that come from stress. So my yoga and sometimes meditation makes me feel better.
Yoga is not just an exercise, rather it purifies your body and soul. For doing a little yoga you don't need to find a teacher. you can stress your body even in the bed. This will help you stretch your body. At first, start with a breathing practice. Take a long, deep breath, hold it for 1 minute and then exhale slowly. Then do cat and cow poses and spinal twists. Finish it with seated lotus.
This will really help you start a good day. The morning is the best time that sets our mood for the rest of the day. So if we make morning healthy, we can see the ray of a better day.
