The way we eat, the way we become, healthy foods make us healthy and beauty. The way we think make us become good or bad, but I don't clearly understand about feel, please let's me know more detail.
For Ayurveda, what you feel generate a positive or negative predispositions in yourself, happiness, angry, etc... that have influences on your health too
