Terry it’s good to know that you maintain the vitality of an 18 year old. It’s hard for me to remember how great it felt when I was 18. Just for you I went to the garage and took a long look at the treadmill.

Perhaps you might consider watching an exercise video this weekend (on the sofa relaxing with a nice beverage, of course!). I'm no medical doctor (I'll leave that up to you!), but I'm thinking that just watching a video and even a good, long stare at the treadmill in the garage, might not help in the exercise department! :-)
