Beautifully said Sustain, I find my self judging and then I realize how much I suffer from that practice. Working on myself has been my journey and I am culpable for the good and the bad that I have attracted into my life. Sometimes it just gets so tiring to listen to Bob! I like the analogy of this judging person who seems to have an opinion about everything! Time for Bob to go on a holiday or duct tape his/her mouth shut until the narrative is positive! lol
