But in order to prolong the freshness of the cut off daffodils and avoid rotting of the stems in the vase, florists do not recommend pouring a lot of water into the vase.
Soon their flowering season will begin and it will be possible to check the effectiveness of this lifehack :D

I, in order not to rot the stems in the water, add crushed charcoal.
Then pour the cooled boiled water, see 4-5.
And, as far as evaporation, I add the same water.
You can compare which way suits you best.
