As you say, the relationship between the students and the teacher will always be missing with a computer. Computers can do good things, and they could even co-teach with a human teacher, but getting rid of the latter is a bad idea IMO.
That is what I was trying to say from that. However, as far I know today's technology is not capable of making an emotional bond with the students. So there is the point where they lack. It may be true that in future we would get computers which will do that too but for now it is nothing. Thanks for stopping by commenting.
I really think that co-teaching can be a good intermediate step. But this may be not that easy to implement.
