Great post and pointers here @lazariko12 I think everyone, no matter who you are these days, have a higher percentage of being depressed and needing a hand/guidance out than perhaps even take notice enough to admit it. This post can be helpful to some for sure.

Start commenting more and posting less, you can ramp up your blogging activities when you gain a good number of followers, like at least 250-300, and the followers better be regular users

Thank you for posting something constructive. Recently a post went viral on facebook (Around 25 mill views) of a young girl speaking (or should I say shouting/ screaming) about her depression. Whilst it is important to share the reality of life's struggles, that video was hard to watch and it was not constructive. No talk of how to get better, how to have a bright future. We must focus more on solutions. Thank you for doing that :)
