Abdominal exercises or abs exercises are those that affect the abdominal muscles.

There are many types of ABS Exercises , some of the are given below.

  1. Abdominal Hold
  2. The Side Crunch
  3. The Hundred
  4. Opposite Arm and Leg Raise

Abdominal Hold:-
