i loved the post , giving full explanation and describing the yoga as it is, personally i began yoga 6 months ago .A light stretch fo a 15 min with a 5 min meditation give me tons of energy, i couldn't even waste that energy to max. A powerful combination and ty for the post.Keep posting and check my blog also will be much appreciated
