Israel Takes the Safety of their Schools Seriously. Wake up America.
Israel simply trained all their teachers in the use of firearms and the apprehension of shooters.
In 44 years they have had only two incidents and both ended with teachers killing shooters.
I spent some time in Israel nearly 40 years ago and one thing which impressed me was the fact that every man and woman does military service.
I was followed, or rather escorted, from Israel to London on an 08:00 flight and found the intelligence operative waiting for me when I left London on the final leg of my homeward journey, despite the fact we were the last to board.
They take security seriously. I had identified him as a security officer from the night we spent at Ben Gurion airport before our flight and quizzed him on his having arranged our seating to be next to him. He said he was a medical student fulfilling his military service by protecting his country from potential terrorists. He gathered information about me from my companion in my absence and inquired about her from me in her absence.
Every citizen is required to defend the country, understand what is at stake and learn how to act in emergency situations.
What is astounding though about the situation in the United States is that the population are being forced into surrendering their freedom, their weapons, their rights and their privacy and they are actually being made to ask for these restrictions.
School Shootings are not going to stop until they take the matter seriously.
The key to ending gun violence is to ensure that criminals are always outnumbered by armed citizens who have been adequately trained. There is no special intelligence required to perceive this. It is as obvious as could be.
Instead of denying the second amendment, enhance it by training the population and arming them. Remember, the second amendment was designed to protect you from government. Are you really willing to give your government all your weapons and be in their power. Consider the history of governmental corruption.
Great post! It's like people here have been drinking stupid juice. We already outlawed murder but somehow outlawing guns is going to solve the problem? I really don't understand how people are that stupid, and that is an understatement. Arm the teachers that are willing to be armed, problem solved.

I taught my Sons years ago that when people try to push you , they are starting a fight , immediately hit them as hard as you can! Strange that this should be in this video. I am all for shooting People who interfere with Kids . Great Post ( as usual)

regardless of what one's opinions of Israel are, it is clear that the safety of their citizens is the first priority.
I enjoyed the video, trick is to try and remember those skills when your life depends on it. Panic makes me freeze up!
