Colombia is the most democratic country in South America. That being said, it really isn't saying much because the universities are as liberalized here to progressive policies and education. Due to the Guerrilla influence and culture - plus the Parido Verde, Centro Democratic and major corporations - not to mention popular culture, there is a deep vein of socialism running through the Millenial generation here. I live in the Coffee Axis - which is the biggest coffee producing region, also a significant amount of national agriculture is grown/produced/processed here.
