Importance of Ginger Tea
Ginger tea is a remedy used for thousands of years in medicine and it has excellent effects in combating indigestion, migraines and seasonal colds.
Some people use ginger to get rid of respiratory infections, bronchitis, cough, menstrual cramps, arthritis or muscle pain, and in some parts of the world, compressible ginger tea is used to treat skin burns.
It is very important to eat fresh ginger root, not sachets with powders quite uncertain as origin. You can easily find in the supermarket fresh ginger, which is not expensive and do not oxidize very quickly.
Preparation: Take a piece of ginger root (about 5 cm), wash it well under cold water jet and grate it. Boil one liter of water and when the water is boiled add the grated ginger. Let it boil for one minute, then turn off the fire and leave it covered for 30 minutes, then strain it and consume as much as you need.
Ginger tea is recommended to be drunk with honey with the addition of lemon juice or mint and has a spicy but tasty taste.

Ginger is one of those roots that I love but constantly slips my mind when I go to the store! Thanks for the reminder and to anyone else reading, it is delish! (just as a second opinion) :)
