Gotta have at least one day a week where you can let go, IMHO. Otherwise, you'll feel deprived and that's no fun. It's about balance. I do Sundays, myself, with Saturdays an optional workout day when I run errands. Monday through Friday, I walk 4-5 miles a day and work out with weights (MWF). Works for me, but maybe others are different. Probably are! LOL My 2 cents, Mark. @exyle 😊
