The Cowboy Life - Day 1

I survived my first day of cowboying! Was a pretty quiet day but there was one calf right at the end of the day. Was up and cruising around so it's nice and healthy. Always a good sign when the calf stands up on it's own right away.

There shouldn't be too many calves over the course of the week but so far I'm 1 for 1. As long as they are healthy it doesn't matter if they all calve this week but I'm secretly hoping there won't be anymore calves.

I will try to get some better pictures this week because a new born calf is just super cute!
