Not sure if its the best, but its definitely up there. Current system is a bit broken and needs tweaking but the concept behind it is top notch. People profiting off self voting, whales flagging for no reason with rep and rewards disappearing, etc. I understand that its supposed to be a self governing system, but there are issues that need to be addressed.
Yeah, it's a tough line to balance between decentralization and power abuse.
