A few months later, the entrepreneur filed two lawsuits in the arbitration court of the Omsk Region against Shalny Puck LLC and its owner, Aleksey Aletdinov. He stated that Aletdinov violated the exclusive right to a trademark, and demanded to recover 40 thousand rubles from him and his company. The court has satisfied both statements, now its decisions are challenged in the appeal.
In September, Danilyuk sent a complaint to Irina Denisenko, General Director of Omsk LLC Intellect, whose company uses the name “Kraft Bar“ Cannon ”.” It follows from the document that Denisenko should either deduct 160,000 rubles for Danilyuk for using the trademark, or pay him 100,000 rubles and refuse the word “craft”.
