Utrogestan 100 mg o 200 mg

Este tratamiento tiene las propiedades de ser una hormona sustitutiva, en las mujeres menopausicas y en el tratamiento de pacientes infertiles por deficiencia lútea, durante los ciclos provocados artificialmente por fertilización in vitro .

En los esquemas de administración en la terapia de reemplazo hormonal : se utiliza como coadyuvante en la terapia estrogenica esta terapia estrogenica debe ser de forma ininterrumpida .

El tratamiento debe ser de forma cíclica o continua como explico a continuación

Tratamiento continuo:
Tomar una capsula diariamente antes de acostarse durante los primeros 25 o 28 días de la terapia estrogenica en forma ininterrumpida .

Tratamiento ciclico :
Tomar 2 capsulas de 100 mg o de 200 mg diariamente antes de acostarse durante los primeros 12 o 14 días finales de cada ciclo seguidos de una interrupción de todo el tratamiento sustitutivo , durante una semana en la cual se suele producir una hemorragia de deprivación hormonal (mestruacion ).Si la paciente omite una dosis pasara por alto la misma , pero se alargara la administración de utrogestan por un dia mas a fin de obtener el mínimo de días de protección esperada.

infertilidad por insuficiencia lútea :
colocar por vía intravaginal profunda 2 capsulas de 100 mg o una capsula de 200 mg dos o tres veces al dia .

Este tratamiento es muy utilizado también en mujeres embarazadas con amenaza de aborto ya que este tratamiento ayuda a fortalecer las paredes del utero y a su vez genera un balance de progesterona en la mujer ya que los componentes utilizados para su elaboración son naturales por eso le llamamos progesterona natural micronizada .

Los componentes son aceite de mani,lecitina de soya, glicerol, gelatina y dióxido de titanio

Infertility due to luteal insufficiency:
place 2 capsules of 100 mg or a 200 mg capsule two or three times a day deep intravaginally.

This treatment is also widely used in pregnant women with threatened abortion as this treatment helps strengthen the walls of the uterus and in turn generates a balance of progesterone in women since the components used for its preparation are natural, that is why we call it progesterone micronized natural
