Egg sauce recipe with curry green leaf is the best flavoured sauce you could ever give to your family and loved ones. It is so delicious and nutritious.
It is also easy to cook for breakfast and should incase you have emergency cooking at home.
The ingredients is not much but it is something you can always have at home.
Health Benefits
When I say it is highly nutritious of course you know that egg are a good source of protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals. Then when it comes to addition of fresh veggies it gives the meal the complete taste and nutrients the body needs.
So aside from being a very fast and easy food to cook, it has a lot of health benefits that our body needs.
INGREDIENTS
- Egg
- Vegetable oil
- Fresh tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- Onion
- Pepper
- Spices
- Seasoning cubes
- Curry leaf
Preparation steps
Mis en place active ingredients
Place the oil on fire
Added onion and fresh tomatoes and stir-fry consistently
Added egg and fry it for some time
Added the tomato paste
Added the curry leaf and cover the pot for about 30 seconds
Stir it and off the gas in after 1 minute of adding the leaf to make it look fresh.
White rice and the sauce was ready almost the same time

After cooking, you can enjoy your egg sauce with any carb of your choice, either white yam, rice, cocoyam, plantain, potatoes, bread etc.
Anything you feel like, so I decided to eat mine with white rice and it was super delicious.

Wow this looks delicious i never knew curry leaves could make a nice combo.
This one of my favorite i love eating mine white boiled yam or boiled ripe plantain, i wont miss adding curry leaves on my next egg sauce recipe.
