네 이 부분은 저희도 고민되는 부분이긴 합니다. 다만 스팀잇 재단의 케이스를 보면 스팀잇 역시 사용자가 저작권이 걸린 컨텐츠를 활용하여 스팀 수익을 올리는 상황이 발생할 테지만 플랫폼 사업자로서 이를 원천차단 하기 보다는 해당 문제 발생시 계도/컨텐츠삭제/중재 등의 의무를 다하는 방향으로 운영하고 있습니다.

이 부분은 스팀잇의 Terms and Condition 제 18조를 읽어보시면 됩니다.

저희도 정식 회사를 설립하게 되면 사내에 copyright agent를 임명하고 저작권 관련 사용자 의무사항을 명확하게 계도, 그리고 저작권 침해 사례 발생시 대처 프로세스를 명확히 설립하는 방향으로 준비할 예정입니다.

다만, 다시한번 강조드리지만 이 부분에 대해 아직 법적 자문을 받은 상황은 아니며, 법률 전문가의 의견에 따라 해당 준비 내용은 달라질 수 있습니다.
