샤브샤브용 소고기라서 후추랑 핑크솔트만 휘리릭해서 금방 볶고, 쌈채소는 미리 일주일치 씻어서 냉장고에 보관해놓고 그때 그때 꺼내먹어요. 단호박도 미리 쪄두고 냉장보관!
오늘 이렇게 차리는데 5분 걸렸습니다ㅎ 근데 진짜 맛은 넘나 꿀맛😭 운동하고 먹어서 그런지 더 맛있네요👍🏼
이번주 금요일에 #스트레스제로다이어트 최종 인바디를 쟤야하는데, 곧 대자연 시작이라 몸무게가 자꾸만 불어나네요...ㅠ
