RE: About Me: Aspergian Philomathy
One of the greatest introduceyourself posts I have seen. that aside I am really intrigued by your definitions. i have never been diagnosed with anything but brain injury, but resonate with your choices as they are mine. I find the impairment as an opportunity to gain insight into the life of many. WHo said there were limits in life, not anyone I listen to. I use a pseudonym @rushofwaves cause thats what I am. Have a great day and I look forward to connecting with you in the future!! @trisquelwhare
Thanks for the reply, @rushofwaves. I should mention that I'm amongst those who consider ASD to be a "difference" rather than a "disability" as such. As I say above, I have some family members who are at the other end of the Spectrum to myself, and they do struggle and face hardship because of their difference. For myself though, I consider ASD to be the next evolutionary step for humankind, haha. Just look at the numbers of people with ASD who work in Silicon Valley, for instance!
