The generally approved way to grow an account is by adding value to the community, through posts, comments, and other stuff. Self voting your articles is one thing, but upvoting comments strictly for the sake of generating rewards for your account is typically frowned upon.

Then again, it's anarchy here, and all up to other stakeholders to determine if they feel your behaviour is excessive or not.

I would agree that a habit of downvoting excessive self voters and then rewarding yourself 4 100% votes a day seems discongruent to me
