Introduceyourself weightloss fitness cardio workout

Hello steem nation,

I am brand new to this and still figuring out what to post about. Currently i am at the gym on Thursday morning 15217264535591497692111.jpg

Not the most fun after taking over a year off from working out consistently, with my diet out the window as well.

My wife just gave birth to our beautiful baby girl. Only problem is i put on all the baby weight. Gained almost 60 pounds!!! 20180214_112404.jpg

So i have come to a point where enough is enough and I am going to loose that 60 lbs.

I know how hard it is to break bad Habbits and get out of shitty routines. So that's why i figured if i post this online it can keep me accountable and maybe some other people wanna join in om the adventure. I'll post every now and then on the progress.

I love how you are taking control of your fitness! Keep up that momentum! it is like a snowball effect, it may be hard at first but after picking up some of that momentum it gets hard to stop! :)

You Will get use to it pretty quick

Awesome way to start. Getting cardio ability up to an hour is the biggest hill to climb for many people. Once you can work an hour, you can do almost any workout that interests you. Keep at it, and come run with me :)
