    Thanks @cryptonik, I've been using #opensource for many years now, including Linux as my main desktop OS. I've only recently started learning more about #freesoftware and the #fourfreedoms, including GNU/Linux and the difference between "open" and "free".

    I have been to #AuckLUG meetings in the past, and I was a volunteer during the #LCA2015 #LinuxConfAu which was held at Auckland Uni. I've also been a member of Tangleball, the makerspace in central Auckland. Chances are you might already know me from one of those places, but I tend to use different pseudonyms, so it is rather hard to tell, haha.
