I cannot wait for this project to come out. I manage 30+ people and the number one complaint I have is unqualified applicants clogging up my que. It will be so nice to have an application system where my HR headaches are minimized. There is a LOT of work trying to find good employees, so if there was a system to verify, pay, and promote good applicants for me along with referrals that are verified, my world will be so much easier.
