Aworker’s aim is to disrupt the recruitment market by offering a transparent and safe platform that everyone and anyone can use to build a reputation on the blockchain. The recruitment industry which statistics showed in 2016 amounted to 429 billion dollars and with the help of WORK tokens and Ethereum blockchain technology, they will help people find the career that they have always wanted and studied for, and this will disrupt the industry as people will hopefully only ever have to use the platform to get that perfect job and then build a reputation on it to receive the benefits that Aworker are offering.
The platform is primarily used for companies to select the most competent employees with the qualifications so that the employee and the employer are both satisfied.

I cannot wait for this project to come out. I manage 30+ people and the number one complaint I have is unqualified applicants clogging up my que. It will be so nice to have an application system where my HR headaches are minimized. There is a LOT of work trying to find good employees, so if there was a system to verify, pay, and promote good applicants for me along with referrals that are verified, my world will be so much easier. Thank you Aworker!
