All New Yorkers deserve reliable transit regardless of zip code?

Or maybe she only meant people in New York City? Screw her home town of Buffalo, or folks in Albany, Rochester, etc.?

However you slice it, it's a problematic statement. But if you don't think about it, it sure sounds like she really cares. And that's all that really matters, right?
