Hello Friends,

I hope everyone is doing well, hope you all are safe and following the Covid guidelines. I wake up early this morning and make tea, it's very cold here these days so it's hard to go out for a walk. I thought why not do some exercise and yoga at home so I started yoga and exercise.

Starting with my morning breakfast!

In breakfast, we had Chenopodium(Bathua) Paratha, pickle and tea, which is also like by most of the people now a days here. Chenopodium(Bathua) is lot of advantage for health.
  1. Amino Acids: Bathua leaves contains for high concentration of amino acids, which is helpful for human cell formation and cell repair
  2. Rich Fiber : it reduce the digestive problem
  3. Low calorie : Bathua is very low calories green vegetable, it contains 43 calories per 100 gram.
  4. Bathua contains some other minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C and B6 which is required for human body.

Bathua Paratha making process!

First I chopped Bathua, Onion, green chilly, garlic and ginger, as I shown in below images..

Now mixed all the chopped vegetables with wheat flour and mix some masala and salt according to the taste. as I shown in below images.

After roasting the paratha in the tawa, Bathua Paratha is ready to eat.

### Lunch Time!!

I went out to buy some groceries and by then my wife made curry, rice and green methi curry. Kadhi chawal taste is delicious.

Dinner Time!!!

Palak Paneer and Tawa Roti

  1. First Chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and fry little bit. take some half boiled Palak and mess up.

  2. Cut paneer with equal pices and fry all the items
