My friend, you are saying nothing but the truth, I can remember the day my uncle wanted to give out her daughter hand in.marroage, part of the dowry was for the man to setup a full oil mill, bus that will be transporting palm fruit from the farm to the mill and also a motorbike, this got everyone talking as he was hell bent on getting it.

I felt really sorry for the man, he literally spent all his savings trying to marry, this was really dehumanising and shouldn't be encourage, dowry should just be peg at a very considerate amount of money and material things so the groom won't go bankrupt trying to get married.
