秋天里的第一顿大闸蟹(〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜
昨天我在家上网,正无聊地刷着网页,突然就看到一个做饭的视频。嘿,这视频里正在分享大闸蟹的做法呢,那大闸蟹看起来红通通的,蟹黄满满,一下子就把我的馋虫给勾起来了。
我这性子,那可真是等不了,下一秒就麻溜地打开了微信里的“朴朴超市”小程序,然后就下单了一个螃蟹🦀套餐。这朴朴超市可方便了,说是19分钟后就能送货上门。
朴朴送货员一到,我就迫不及待地打开。看到买的螃蟹是死是活。看到它们都是活蹦乱跳的,我心里就踏实多了。毕竟活螃蟹才新鲜呀。我可不敢马虎,把螃蟹拿到水池里,仔细地洗刷干净,把螃蟹身上的少于泥污都清理掉,这才放心地把螃蟹放到蒸锅里。
作为一个合格的吃货,对吃的事儿那是相当积极。在等快递这20分钟里,我也没闲着,迅速地跑到厨房。先把姜片切好,然后又调好了蘸酱佐料,接着就把蒸锅也拿了出来,就等着新鲜的螃蟹一到就下锅。
我下单的时候特意选的都是母蟹。其实我也知道,可能再过一个月才是吃螃蟹的最佳季节。但是我收到后发现,我买的这几只螃蟹品质真不错呢,打开一看,蟹黄可不少。
蒸螃蟹的时候,我把螃蟹的肚子都朝上放在蒸锅里。为啥这么做呢?因为这样蒸的时候,蟹黄就不容易流出来了。
等螃蟹蒸好端上桌,我家娃看到也特别高兴。小娃子吃螃蟹吃得那叫一个不亦乐乎。
这秋天的第一顿大闸蟹吃得可真舒坦。
I never knew crab were imported alive, I was wondering what could have made this crab tied, if you would have this great appetite to the extent of ordering it, then I most say you love crab
I eat crab but I don't order them, I get mine from the market not alive either but fresh and frozen, I would have love to see live crab and I must believe that you washed them with the robe, or paraventure the robe is untied can it be washed without it hurting the hand.
I saw this picture and I will surely take crab today if our popular market will be open this sunday.
We prefer pepper over ginger here in Nigeria and I have learnt some preparation from you like putting the crab belly up. Where do you reside, because I assume this China but not certain
