Morning thoughts

Everything is happening in your reality, but you only experience and bring it into your reality in a real way when you have an inner charge to it. If you have no hook inside of you energetically, no triggers and no preference of good or bad because you are just living in complete presence, experiences all just flow through you in harmony. No situation is more or less in alignment as your alignment goes around with you. Anything you experience that isn’t harmony is where the energy of an outer situation has something inside of you to attach to, otherwise life would be harmonious flow.
